Schedule of Payment :a. At-a-time Payment:
8% Discount Shall be Allowed on total cost of the plot for At- A- TIME within 15 ( fifteen ) days from the date of application.b. Installment Payment:
25% of the total cost along with application as initial payment and balance amount will be paid by equal monthly installments.
|Utility Charges :
The allotee shall pay a sum of TK. 40,000/- ( Taka Forty Thousand) only for per katha land towards UTILITY SERVICES (Network for supply of Water and Electricity).
|Other Charges :
The allottee shall bear all expenses in connection with execution of Deed of Conveyance for transfer of the plot in his/her favour such as Stamp Duties, Registration Fees, VAT and/or any other charges fees duties livable in connection therewith and all costs incidental thereto and consequential thereupon.
